心理劇，101歲生日快樂！

 

距今101年前的今天（1921年4月1日），奧匈帝國解體、戰爭及西班牙流感導致難以計數的死亡人數。32歲的精神科醫師Jacob Levy Moreno表達了維也納社會的不安，他站上了有著代表王座的空椅，椅墊上並且放置皇冠的舞台。在沒有既定劇本的狀況下，邀請觀眾坐上空椅，進入領導人的角色。這個事件標記了世上第一個心理劇/社會劇的出現（Giacomucci, 2021）。

 

Action Explorations Education廣邀愛好者一同來慶祝心理劇的101歲生日，台灣心理劇學會也共襄盛舉。

 

101年前的戰爭及疫情似乎無異於現今世上所正發生的種種，但喜愛心理劇的我們，信念也如一，讓我們繼續以行動實踐Moreno所說的：「真實的療癒，應適用於全人類」（A truly therapeutic procedure can have for its objective no less than the whole of mankind." — J.L. Moreno, M.D. (1889-1974)

Since psychodrama rooted in Taiwan in 1974, we have the Taiwan Association of Psychodrama established in 2010, the certification system officially implemented in 2016, and in 2018 we signed a reciprocal agreement with the ABE(American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy). 台灣雖然小，但台灣心理劇社群是相當自發且具創造力的，我們現在有55位訓練師、24位準訓練師、8位導演；有自己的考核制度，也跟美國有互惠，歡迎更多的國際夥伴來與台灣連結。

As a small country as Taiwan may be, the psychodrama community here is quite spontaneous and creative. We now have 55 TEPs, 24 PATs, and 8 CPs. We also have our own certification system and have established a reciprocal relationship with the  ABE(American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy). We welcome psychodramatists from all over the world to connect with us.
